Start this place at the priest in the underground area of the priest in peril quest. Talk to him, and ask him if there's anything interesting to do. He'll tell you to find Filliman in mort Myre, and tell you about the dangers of that place. Go passed him into morytania, and find the gate to the south. Talk to Ulizius near the gate, tell him Drezel sent you, and he'll let you pass. Walk as straight to the south as you can, until you see an island with a broken bridge to it, jump over the gap in the bridge to enter it. Search the tree on the island, and get the tome. Read it, and it'll tell you about the nature spirit. You'll need 'Something from nature', 'something with faith' and 'something of the spirit-to-become freely given' to make it. Take the bowl from the table, and also take the mirror underneath it. Try to enter the grotto. The ghost of Filliman appears, but you can't make sense of what he says. You'll need the ammy of ghostspeak to talk to him, equip it and talk to him again.

He won't believe he's dead. Use the mirror on him. He'll finally believe he's dead, and ask for his journal. Use it on him. He'll tell you how to get something from nature, and give you a druidic spell. You need to go to the temple, and get Drezel to bless you. Now you'll need to find the place to cast the spell. Walk around the myre, and find some logs, use the spell near them. If they are the correct ones, fungi will grow on one of the logs. Pick them and take them to Filliman. Use the fungus on the stone to the west of Filliman. Use the used spell scroll on the rock to the east of Filliman. Now stand on the south rock yourself, and talk to Filliman. Tell him you solved the puzzle. He'll cast the spell, and tell you to go through the grotto to complete his transformation. Search the water feature in the cave, and the transformation will be completed.

You'll now need to make a sickel, which the nature spirit will enchant for you. With that sickle you'll be able to defeat the ghasts. Go to al kharid and get a sickle mold. Mine some silver in the chasm mine north of al kharid. Now you can use the furnace in al kharid to make the sickle. Take the sickle back to the nature spirit. He'll bless the sickle (if you make new ones, you can bless them by putting them in the water in the grotto), and ask you to kill 3 ghasts. Go to some logs, and use the sickle to cast bloom. Pick the fungi, and when you have 3, fill the bag. Now walk around until a gast attacks you. The pouch will make them visible and you can fight back. Kill 3 of them. Afterwards, go back to the nature spirit. He will transform the grotto in a nature temple, and you'll have finished the quest.
