You will need to enter the Lumbridge swamp caves, level 5 Slayer so that you can wear a Spiny Helmet is very useful. You made need food and anti-poison potions if you're relatively low level. In the Swamp cave, the better your light source the easier it is to survive. NOTE: You might need a bullseye lantern but you'll have to try other kinds to make sure.

If you have never entered the Lumbridge Swamp Caves before, you will need a rope. In the Lumbridge swamp about midway between Zanaris and the Adventurers and a little to the south is the Swamp Cave. Its the Dark Hole near the Candle Seller. Use a rope with the hole so you can get in and out. You won't get the rope back but it stays there so you don't need to bring additional ropes later.

Juna is in a lower level of the Swamp Caves, you need to head roughly south-east until you find the Giant Frogs, you need to use some rocks to jump across an underground stream to reach him. Behind the Frog there is another cave. Enter that cave and you'll be in a huge chamber with floating Light Creatures. Go east and climb down a rock wall. You'll find Juna the snake just a little further on.

Juna has been guarding the "Tears of Guthix", a magical set of springs that trickle down the rocks, ever since the god wars. When Guthix saw the destruction caused by the war he wept so sorrowfully that the rocks around him wept as well. The Tears of Guthix will increase you experience. Juna will let you collect some if you tell her a story and make a vessel to hold the tears in.

Tell Juna a story about one you of your adventurers and she'll tell you that you need a stone bowl from a spot on the south side of the cavern. Walk around the south side and try to climb the rocks. Although it looks like you could climb down here, you can't climb up. Go talk to Juna again and tell her you don't know how to get to the part of the cave you need to. She'll tell you about the Light Creatures that inhabit the caves.

The Light Creatures come from the light that passed through the gems of a crystal fairy city. Extinguish your lantern and use a Sapphire on it to make a Sapphire lantern. Relight it with a tinderbox and go to where the Light Creatures are. Hold still for a few minutes and you'll attract a Light Creature with your lantern. It will carry you to the magic rocks you need to mine to make the bowl.

Mine the rocks and you'll get a crystal of somekind. Use the chisel with it to make a bowl and climb down the rocks. Talk to Juna, she'll hold onto your bowl so that you don't need to bring it to the cave every time. This completes the quest.

The Tears of Guthix mini-game works like this: talk to Juna again and tell her about one of your quests. She'll let you into the cave. You need to collect water from the blue streams, the green streams will lower the ammount of Blue tears you collect. As soon as you start collecting tears a timer starts. Collect as many tears as possible in the time you have. When you're out of time, you leave the cave and drink your Tears of Guthix. This will give experience to your lowest level skill.
