To start the Troll Romance quest, you must speak to Ug in the Troll Stronghold, he's the crying troll on the middle floor of the stronghold to the south (near the kitchen). Ug wants to marry Aga, but Arrg is too strong, he'll rip Ug apart. Say you'll try to help.

Now go to the north through a door, you'll see Arrg here, he's level 113 but not aggressive. Talk to Aga, who wants a flower called Trollweis from the surrounding mountains. Now you'll need to go back down and talk to the Sherpa. The Sherpa will explain that the Trollweis is almost extinct and its only found on the far side of an frozen region populated by Ice Trolls, you'll also need a sled to get down there. The Sherpa will suggest that you talk to Dunstan (the blacksmith in Burthope) for instructions on how to make a sled.

Dunstan will build a sled for you if you bring him what he needs for it, namely Yew or Maple logs, a bar of iron, and a piece of rope. Collect these items and give them to Dunstan for a sled. The sled, however, must be waxed before it can be used. To make sled wax, get a cake tin, a swamp tar, and some bees wax. Remember you get bees wax by taking it from a beehive west of Catherby, after using insect repellant (found in Catherby) on it, while there is a bucket in your inventory. Mix the wax and tar to get a tin of sled wax. Wax the sled and head back to the stronghold.

To the north of Trollheim near the section with the rock-throwing trolls there is a path that leads north-west. Follow it to a large gate made of ice, you can't go through it at this time but you can go to the north-west of it between two large snow covered rocks. Keep going north-west until you reach a cave.

The cave is full of level 121 non-aggressive ice trolls. As long as you don't attack, they'll leave you alone. Keep following the cave, eventually you should see a crevice which is the exit (watch you minimap for a red line). You'll now be in the icy area (various items spawn around here) where you can use your sled. Watch out for ice wolves (level 96).

South of where you came out you should find a path leading down with the option "slide". Equip your sled and slide down this trail. To the west, you'll find a small field of Trollweis. Take some and then go south until you find another trail to slide down. The second slide takes you to a cave entrance, its full of mountain trolls. Follow it north-west.

You'll come out of a cave east of Rellekka, if you follow the mountains to the south-east you'll find some rocks you can climb over which are near the secret enterance. Take the flowers to Ug, who will be grateful but he still needs you to get rid of of Arrg before he'll make his move on Aga.

Go talk to Arrg and follow either of the top two chat options to fight him in the Troll arena. Beware, he throws rocks and hits very hard with his hammer. Protect from melee while using melee combat is effective (thanks to the high ranged defense of Rune armor). Once he's defeated you'll get some bones and probably some coins or similar troll drop. Go back to the stronghold and talk to Ug to finish the quest and get your reward.
